




The ETA 2893-3 is a Swiss-made automatic movement renowned for its slim profile and world time functionality, introduced in 1992 as part of ETA’s 2890 family. Derived from the ETA 2892-A2 base, it adds a modular “universal hour mechanism” without a date complication, distinguishing it from siblings like the 2893-1 and 2893-2.

The independent world time disc (part 2520/1) uses crown position 2 for setting, preserving accuracy during travel—unlike traveler-style GMTs. Available in Elaboré, Top (Glucydur balance), or Chronomètre grades for varying precision.
