Introduced as an update to the original ETA 2804, the Caliber 2804-2 features a compact 11½ ligne (25.60 mm) diameter and 3.35 mm height, making it ideal for slim dress watches. It operates at 28,800 beats per hour (4 Hz) with 17 jewels, ensuring smooth sweeping seconds and a power reserve of about 40 hours. This hand-winding caliber serves as the date-equipped variant of the ETA 2801-2, sharing DNA with popular automatics like the 2824-2 and 2836-2.
